Refund policy

Returns and replacements

Every Crochears piece is handmade, so we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or are not what you ordered (wrong design, colour or item).

If this happens, contact us at crochears@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the item. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Once we confirm the issue, we will take back the damaged or incorrect item and send you an undamaged replacement or the correct item at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
